At All Ohio Cremation & Burial Society, we have a full range of resources to meet your every need. Our dedicated professionals will work with you to put together a personalized package—one that takes into consideration your religious and cultural traditions, your personal preferences and your financial means. 

 Basic Selections

For the loved one whose firm convictions encompassed dignity, respect and simplicity, the Basic Cremation offers the closure that best reflects that tradition. With this selection, the cremated remains are either returned to the family or dispersed in a scattering ceremony. This choice is simple, with the final wishes of the loved one being carried out by our professional staff of cremation arrangers. 

 Remembrance Selections

The Remembrance Service celebrates the life and the achievements of a loved one. The gathering of family and friends offers a special time for sharing thoughts and memories of the loved one as well as an occasion for comfort and support for each other. If families wish to enhance this caring service, we are open to the use of a display of personal photographs and special mementos. Our professional staff of arrangers, in order to serve our families during this important event, will coordinate this Remembrance Service at our facility.  

 Church Selections

The Church Memorial and Cemetery Service may be the preferred option for the loved one whose identity was affiliated with church life. The familiar surroundings of the church offer comfort and an opportunity for friends and family to say goodbye. This service allows for the sharing of not only a common loss, but also a celebration of the loved one’s life. Our professional staff of arrangers will ensure that every detail is met. 

 Veterans Selections

Our Veterans Services honor those who have chosen to endanger their lives for their countrymen. These options are tailored to the expressed desires of our people in uniform. Our professional staff will arrange Military Honors for a dignified military service to be held at a Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery. At that time, family and friends have an opportunity to gather and give a final salute to our fallen heroes while Taps is being played. Special veterans urns with the appropriate military insignia are available. 

 Catholic Selections

The Catholic Church prefers that the body or the cremated remains of the deceased be present for the funeral rite. The cremated remains, however, are to be treated with the same respect as the body before cremation. The church requires that the cremated remains should have a reverent disposition, including burial in a grave or entombment in a mausoleum or columbarium. The Catholic Cremation celebrates the life of the loved one through several liturgical rites. For those who chose to have the body of the loved one present during the mass, “Cremation Following Funeral Liturgy” is the best choice. If there will be a committal service following the mass, “Cremation and Cemetery Committal Following Funeral Liturgy” is the best option. And, for those who choose to have the cremated remains of the loved one at the mass, “Cremation Before Funeral Liturgy” is the best selection.
